Lisa and Todd recently co-represented both the seller and buyer of two of the most significant sales in both Sonoma and Napa Counties. Pat Kuleto’s Sage Canyon Ranch Vineyard in St. Helena sold for $8.25 million and the Platt Ranch and Vineyard Estate in Occidental sold for $11 million. And with very skilled and aggressive negotiating, they recently represented the sellers of Ross Branch Ranch in Sebastopol, which received multiple offers and sold for almost $900,000.00 over the list price.
