Cash Deals More Prevalent at Top End of Sonoma County Housing Market

There’s a new trend among all cash buyers in Sonoma County.  When the housing market bottomed out several years back, investors were using cash to buy rental properties for the best return on their investment.  These days, with the median home price at over $500,000, cash buyers are snapping up luxury properties instead.
